DIN6798 Internal tooth serrated lock washer is a stamped circular washer with locking teeth that towards inside. This is the most preferred type of lock washer as the teeth offer the greatest locking hold. Usually, tooth style lock washers have a tendency to mar a soft mating surface and should not be used in polished stainless, chrome, or decorative finishes. Use with nuts and bolts of the same material for proper installation.
